CL&I structured and sourced construction and permanent debt to allow a solar energy facility to be constructed at the Yuma County International Airport in Arizona. The system was 543 kW in size and was constructed as parking canopies in the airport's parking lot.

Blue Renewable Energy Holdings

Worked directly with the executive management of Blue Renewable Energy, a start-up renewable energy developer, to create financial models and develop the company’s platform. Our firm reviewed the profitability of individual Blue Renewable Energy Projects along with the overall business model.

CL&I structured and sourced the construction and permanent debt to allow roof mounted solar energy facilities to be constructed across six buildings on Arizona State University's Tempe Campus. Total project size was 1.42 MW.
